Tafadzwa Lincoln Ziyenge is a seasoned soccer coach, accomplished former professional player, and dedicated leader with over 24 years of coaching experience. An alumnus of the University of Alabama in Huntsville, he has transformed collegiate soccer programs into competitive teams, fostering excellence both on and off the field. His leadership roles include serving as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Barry University, Auburn University Montgomery, Arkansas State University, and the University of Alabama-Huntsville, where he guided teams to record-breaking seasons, playoff victories, and academic success. Known for instilling a culture of integrity, teamwork, and service, Tafadzwa has helped student-athletes achieve their potential in academics, athletics, and personal growth. His professional playing career and educational background in business administration further enhance his ability to mentor and inspire.
In addition to his coaching expertise, Tafadzwa is a dedicated family man, married to Carly and proud father to their daughter, Maita. His versatility is reflected in his experience in guest services and transportation, where he consistently delivered outstanding service. As a driver at Auburn Downtown Limousine and a bellman at The Palms Hotel, he showcased his organizational skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals. A former professional and college soccer player with a United States Soccer Federation "B" License, Tafadzwa also actively contributes to his community through free soccer camps, team service projects, and public speaking engagements. His passion for soccer and commitment to making a positive impact extend from the field to his personal and professional life.
