In August, we will be exploring wines from Halter Ranch Vineyard! 

Halter Ranch’s estate vineyard sits amidst a beautiful 1,600-acre ranch  on the west side of Paso Robles, 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean. The vines occupy the steepest, most south-facing slopes on the property, which reach an elevation of 1,800 feet and provide excellent water drainage and sun exposure. These slopes are also rich in limestone, a feature of many of the world’s finest vineyards, but one rare in California.

Featuring elegant wines including their: Grenache Blanc, Rose, "Synthesis" (Cabernet/Syrah blend), "CDP" (Grenache/Syrah/Mourvèdre blend), our Executive Chef Scott Simpson and The Depot culinary team will be preparing four courses uniquely paired for each wine.  The 100% estate-grown wines are sustainably farmed on westside limestone soils. Tradition and innovation mix at Halter Ranch to produce Bordeaux and Rhône-style wines of the highest quality.
